Cancellation of Courses:
You may cancel your enrollment in a course on www.starqtech.in before the course start date. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team at starqtech@gmail.com
If you cancel before the course start date, you may be eligible for a full refund of the course fee. No cancellations will be accepted after the course has started.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only available for cancellations made before the course start date. If you've accessed course materials or participated in any course activities, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our support team at starqtech@gmail.com with your enrollment details. Once your refund request is received and approved, 30 days, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method in 7 days Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Incomplete Courses:
If you start a course but are unable to complete it, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, in exceptional cases, you may contact our support team with valid reasons for not completing the course, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Course Changes and Cancellations by www.starqtech.in:
www.starqtech.in reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment or instructor availability. In the event of a course cancellation by www.starqtech.in, enrolled participants will be offered the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.
